The easiest way to get there is to catch a one-way ride through one of these portals. Watch out for harvestable cogs near the portals:
Note: Four items were moved from the 2009 recipe book, Tinkerfest Blueprints 1.0 to the new 2010 recipe book, Tinkerfest Blueprints 2.0 (The items moved were: Automated Rock Picker, Large Tinkered Lamppost, Small Tinkered Lamppost and Tinkered Regulat-o-tron). In addition there are a total of six items that aren't craftable and are available only on the merchant this year: Celebration of Spring Sculpture (returning from 2009) and five new items: Carbonite Hex Gear, Carbonite Plated Gear, Large Rhodium Angled Cog, Overworked Rhodium Gear and Square Gear Pairing)

The ten winners will have their entries made into in-game paintings. As of 7-16-2010 they are not yet available on the city merchants.
The "Legends of Norrath" menu item under the main "Looted and Claimed" menu now expands to show each card set so you can see house loot cards per set. Continue to use the main menu option (without choosing a set) to show all cards, including promo and scenario cards. The data is probably 95% right, though I'm sure I'm still missing some cards.
Several missing screenshots were added.

Hopefully you didn't miss out on the New Halas festivities the first week of this month, especially ice tiles. Unfortunately I was nearly out of tokens and didn't buy that many. If you're like me, don't worry, the festival will cycle around again (November, if I'm counting correctly.) Also, rumor has it that they may be available for Frostfell. If you enjoy raiding, you can also get them with tokens dropped in the New Halas raid zone, Icy Retribution.
